Josie Valley

Josie is originally from Garfield Heights where she went to Garfield Heights High School. She then graduated from Kent State with a Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management & Business, followed by a Master’s Degree from Liberty University in Pastoral Counseling – during which she married her husband Jason. After her studies, she ran her family business for 10 years, started a nonprofit for women called Minutes Matter. Josie joined YFC in 2015 as the Event & Development Coordinator, but left a year later when her and her husband were pregnant with their third child but continued to serve and volunteer in different capacities. Fast forward about five years and she’s back on staff, first, as an administrative coordinator for JJM, and is now the HCA Site Director since June 2022. It is Josie’s aim to serve Jesus well by serving the youth of this generation and the generations to come.
